Dear Colleagues,

It is our pleasure to invite you to the 4th edition of the Biomarkers of the Future Conference, taking place virtually on 15-16 November, 2022.

Interview with Professor Alexandre Mebazaa, from the BMF 2022 scientific committee.

Following the success of the past 3 editions of the Biomarker Meeting of the Future, the BMF 2022 will bring together a number of international key opinion leaders, all experts within in their individual fields of life science research, along with young fellows, senior researchers and industry partners, all focusing on biomarker discovery and research. The meeting will be directed to the application of high-throughput targeted proteomics as a key tool to understand biology and pathophysiology, as well as identify protein biomarkers for early diagnosis and progression of our major complex diseases.

Today tools are needed for high-throughput protein screening which provide much more powerful and reliable tool than just looking at a single protein at a time. Studying thousands of proteins simultaneously without losing in specificity or sensitivity, in extremely small amounts of liquid biopsy samples has become possible with the use of high-multiplex immunoassay panels. Protein biomarker profiles can also help stratifying patients, identifying predictive markers to monitor response to treatment and serve as tools for selecting the optimal therapy to the right patient.

The conference will take place online using a custom-made, state-of-the-art platform to maintain the high quality scientific content, the networking opportunities and the young fellows competition.

It will be accessible and free of charge to academics, researchers, young fellows and industry participants.

Registration is now open.
